NOTE: According to the figures given by Li Fasheng (2002a: figs 1517 and 1518) it is evident that the species quercus Kolbe (1880) and qianshanensis Li Fasheng (2002) are closely related and belong to the same genus. But in my opinion there is at present no reason to take quercus out of the genus Lachesilla. Consequently, qianshanensis (type species of Dicrolachesillus) should also be assigned to Lachesilla. Dicrolachesillus would in this case be a junior subjective synonym of Lachesilla. A paper proposing this synonymy is in preparation.
